This 14-bed residence is where Foundation House began. It boasts newly renovated kitchens and spacious living areas on all three floors. The kitchens have brand new appliances, cabinets and granite countertops. All three common living rooms have flat screen televisions with cable, HBO and Showtime included. This house features five double-occupancy rooms. House Managers and Senior Peers live in the four single-occupancy rooms. There is a third-floor roof deck and covered porches on the first and second floors. A sitting area in back provides an outdoor table and grill location for summer barbecues and relaxation. There are coin-operated laundry facilities in the basement, with space to store sporting equipment and unused luggage.
