Delilah Talon, LCPC-C
Primary Therapist
Delilah is a licensed clinical counselor with a strong dedication to serving individuals and families facing life’s most complex challenges. With dual bachelor’s degrees in business and psychology and a master’s degree in in Clinical Mental Health Counseling – graduating early and with cum laude honors – Delilah combines academic excellence with a deeply human approach to healing.
Her clinical experience spans working with youth, adults, and families impacted by persistent mental health issues, often rooted in trauma, chronic stress, neglect, and abuse. For the past three years, Delilah has focused her practice on socioeconomically disadvantaged communities, using evidence-based methods to support clients in navigating hardship and reclaiming their sense of agency. She is a certified NATC and RUBI specialist, working closely with clients to explore belief systems, improve interpersonal skills, develop new coping strategies, and make lifestyle changes that strengthen emotional resilience and psychological wellbeing.
Beyond the therapy setting, Delilah’s commitment to social impact runs deep. She has volunteered with City Year, addressing the national dropout crisis and providing critical academic and emotional support to inner-city youth and families. She also served with the Christian Appalachian Project, helping individuals and families living in deep poverty access essential services and care.
At a young age, Delilah dreamed of changing the world. While life’s trials tested that vision, her passion never wavered. Today, she channels that same unwavering purpose into each session – walking beside others as they find strength, healing and hope. When she’s not working, Delilah finds joy in traveling, writing, cooking and spending quality time with her children and beloved dog.
