She was recently inducted into Chi Sigma Iota in recognition of her academic and professional dedication to the counseling field. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business, with a minor in Studio Art from Saint Michael’s College.

Her therapeutic style is integrative and client-centered, incorporating elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. As a Reiki Master, Isabelle embraces a holistic perspective that recognizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and emotional well-being, and she feels strongly aligned with the shared values of Foundation House.

Outside of work, Isabelle enjoys spending time with her pug, Cali, practicing yoga, going on nature walks, caring for her ever-expanding plant collection, and savoring the beauty that Maine has to offer.
