She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition with a minor in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire in 2013 and spent a semester studying at the University of California, Santa Cruz, embracing her adventurous spirit.

Jennifer began her professional career working in residential care, supporting individuals living with mental health disorders and traumatic brain injuries. Through this work, she developed strong therapeutic and administrative skills while deepening her passion for helping others.

Having lived in the Greater Portland area for nearly a decade, Jennifer built the foundation for a life centered on growth, resilience, and service. Today, she is a single mother raising her young son while pursuing her Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) credential.

Jennifer is a strong advocate for mental health, recovery, and holistic wellness. She believes that approaching life with curiosity, humility, and kindness creates opportunities for lasting healing, a peaceful life, and meaningful change.
