Born and raised in Maine, Makenzie holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of the Virgin Islands and brings a strong background in client communication and customer service across a variety of industries. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in improving quality client care and creating safe, supportive work environments. From veterinary care to hospitality to financial services, she has more than a decade of hands-on experience in fast-paced settings.

Makenzie approaches each day with kindness, professionalism, and unwavering enthusiasm. She believes that genuine care and clear communication form the foundation of exceptional work, and she invests her full energy into making every interaction warm, positive, and efficient.

Outside of work, Makenzie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and surrounding herself with animals. Animals have been her first love since childhood.
