With more than three decades of leadership experience, Marc brings a wealth of expertise in facility operations, sales management, and community leadership. Having served as a General Manager in both the hospitality and leasing industries, Marc has successfully overseen large-scale operations, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and led teams of more than 100 employees. His background is further enriched by significant experience in sales and financial services, making him a highly adaptable leader focused on driving efficiency and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Outside of his professional roles, Marc has remained committed to serving his community. He has served on the American Legion Post 38 Board and the Black Bear Lodge Association Board, and coached football, basketball, and baseball for many years. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Jane, their five sons, three stepsons, and three grandchildren.
