Originally from Windham, Maine, Nicole joined Foundation House with a strong background in administrative operations and a passion for healthcare. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from the University of Southern Maine.
Nicole brings over eight years of experience in office management, customer service, and interdepartmental coordination. Prior to joining Foundation House, she worked across various industries—contributing to financial documentation, regulatory compliance, and workflow improvements in both private sector businesses and higher education. At Foundation House, she supports the Billing and Human Resources departments by handling a variety of administrative and financial tasks, maintaining confidential records, streamlining communication, and helping ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly. Detail-oriented and professional, she is committed to fostering clarity, connection, and collaboration across the organization.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with friends and family. She brings warmth, energy, and a positive spirit to everything she does.
